Paul Sorrentino leads our end-to-end manufacturing, planning, and supply chain operations, with a mission-focused approach to delivering cutting-edge, high-reliability defense technologies to the warfighter. He is responsible for aligning production strategy with customer delivery requirements and ensuring rapid, scalable execution of next-generation capabilities that give U.S. and allied forces a decisive edge.

Paul brings over 25 years of executive leadership experience across the aerospace and defense sectors, with prior roles as Executive Vice President and General Manager at Regal Technology Partners, Senior Vice President at OSIE Electronics, and senior leadership positions at Raytheon and SafeNet Government Solutions. His expertise is in transitioning advanced designs into full-rate production, building scalable supply chains, and standing up high-performance factories that consistently deliver on time high quality products.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from California State University, Fullerton.

In his free time, Paul enjoys playing hockey and going to the gym.
